Delivery within Australia:

Delivery provider and associated costs within Australia are calculated by a third-party platform, based on:

  • the specified shipping address
  • the weight and estimated physical dimensions of the complete order, including packaging

Goods will be dispatched from Hark Enterprises in Melbourne within 2 business days of the order being placed. A dispatch email will be sent to the customer from Shippit at the time of dispatch.

Unfortunately we cannot delivery products to P.O. Boxes, please provide an alternative ship address.

In the unlikely event that any item/s in an order are subjected to unexpected delays you will be contacted via email or by telephone to advise that the item/s have been placed on back order and to be provided with an expected delivery date. At this time, you can either cancel the items from your order or wait until the backordered item/s are back in stock.

Please allow 2 – 10 business days for delivery of your goods from the date on which the order is dispatched.

International Delivery:

Hark Enterprises does not deliver outside Australia.

Delivery Issues:

Delivery costs are calculated based on the address data provided by our Customers when placing their order.  Should a delivery address be incorrect or incomplete or where the delivery service has attempted but been unable to successfully complete the delivery, our postage providers may charge additional fees for parcel returns and collections. These fees will be charged to the customer prior to the re-release of the order. Hark Enterprises will make contact with the customer in these instances to confirm delivery details prior to processing any additional fees (and prior to re-releasing goods).

RETURN POLICY FOR WEBSITE SALES

Hark Enterprises is committed to providing products of the highest quality. We are confident you will love what you have ordered, but if something isn’t right, please let us know by emailing us at service@hark.com.au.

Hark will only accept returns for the following scenarios:

  • Goods received are damaged or if a manufacturing fault occurs within a small time frame. Note items that have been damaged from wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
  • Goods that vary from their description on our www.hark.com.au website.
  • Goods supplied incorrectly.

Our quality control teams inspect all deliveries to ensure the products you receive meet our exact quality standards. However, if you do receive a faulty or damaged product, simply email us with details of your order, the damaged or faulty item and provide photos where possible.

Once we receive your email, we will be in contact to arrange a Refund or to arrange the supply of a replacement item, subject to stock availability.
