Ingredients

  • Non Iodised, course seat salt (or rock salt)
  • Water (in a spray bottle)

Description

Always think of smoking salt whenever you have spare room in your smoker (low temperature is best). A perfect condiment for any table.

Directions

  • 1. Spread the salt in a thin layer across some aluminium foil or a roasting dish and give it a light spray of water.
  • 2. Place the salt in the smoker and smoke for 1 hour on low heat.
  • 3. Remove and let the salt cool to room temperature.
  • 4. Pack into your salt grinder or store as required.
