Ingredients

  • Boerewors or Italian sausage
  • Olive oil
  • NEED
  • Beech or oak wood chips

Description

Try these delicious sausages smoked gently smoked over low temperatures. Simple but delicious!

Directions

  • 1. Preheat your Hark gas smoker to LOW: 105-135°C (220-275°F).
  • 2. Lightly brush the sausages with olive oil (better still, garlic infused olive oil).
  • 3. Place the sausages in the smoker for approximately 1 hour prior to serving.
