Ingredients

  • Chicken breasts
  • Slices of Prosciutto
  • Pesto spread
  • NEED
  • Toothpicks
  • Apple wood chips

Description

There is no better combination than chicken, pesto and Prosciutto. Add sumptuous smoke flavours to the mix and you have a winner!

Directions

  • 1. Spread the pesto onto the chicken breast.
  • 2. Wrap slices of Prosciutto over each chicken breast and secure with a toothpick.
  • 3. Smoke on LOW: 105-135°C (220-275°F) for 11-12 hours.
