Ingredients

  • rock salt
  • peppercorns

Description

A rub can’t get any easier than this!

Directions

  • 1. Heat equal quantities of salt and pepper in a dry wok / pan until they start to smoke.
  • 2. Remove from the heat and allow to cool.
  • 3. Grind into a powder.
  • 4. Cover the meat with the rub mixture.
  • 5. Refrigerate overnight or commence cooking straight away.
